How do I cancel lessons?
To cancel all you have to do is send us an email at info@maestromusiclessonsonline.com
Can I receive a refund if I cancel?
Yes! You will receive unused funds back in a refund.
What if I can't make a lesson?
As long as you give your instructor 24 hours notice you can reschedule or have a double lesson the following week.
What if we are going to miss 2+ weeks due to the holidays or vacation?
Let us know a month in advance and we will prorate the next month for you.
What if my teacher has to miss a lesson?
If you can not reschedule you will receive a partial refund.
What if I want to switch teachers?
Send us an email at info@maestromusiclessonsonline.com and we will find you a new instructor.
How do I use my coupon?
